London, Pakistani national cricket team defeated England in the first test match being played at Lords test ground. The whole English team got out at 242 runs in the second innings of the first test match against Pakistan and it gave the target of 64 runs to Pakistan to win this test match and Pakistan got this target on the loss of only one wicket. Azhar Ali was clean bold on the ball of James Andersen. Then Imam ul Haq and Haris Sohail played with great responsibility and they achieved the target. Haris Sohial scored 39 runs while Imam ul Haq made 18 runs in the second innings.

Before this, English team started their second inning from 235 runs for loss of six wickets but the England team could increase 7 runs on the last four wickets and the whole team was bowled out at 242 runs by giving the target of 64 runs to Pakistani cricket team. Jos Butler was not out on 66 runs and Dominic Bess was not out on 55 runs. But the last four wickets could increase 7 runs in their overnight score. Muhammad Abass and Muhammad Amir took 4 wickets each while Shadab Khan took only 2 wickets in the second inning. Muhammad Abbas was declared man of the match for showing the match winning performance and he grabbed 8 wickets.
